Steps to View and Export Data
Step 1: Log into Your SmartPiXL Account
- Open your web browser and navigate to the SmartPiXL login page.
- Enter your login credentials and click on "Log In".
Step 2: Navigate to the CRM Section
- Locate the toolbar on the left-hand side of the platform.
- Select the third icon from the top, labeled "CRM".
Step 3: Select Your Company
- In the CRM section, you will see your company name along with other companies you may have access to.
- Under the "Total PiXL's" column, click on the number shown next to your company name.
Step 4: Choose the PiXL to View
- This will bring up a list of both active and paused PiXLs.
- Select the PiXL you wish to view by clicking on it.
Step 5: Overview of De-anonymized Matches
- You will now see a quick overview screen displaying all your de-anonymized matches.
- Click on each individual match for a quick look at the available data.
- For a more in-depth view, select "Back" to return to the main list.
Step 6: Adjust Date and Time
- At the top of the screen, adjust both the date and time to your desired range.
- Click on "Update" to refresh the data displayed according to your selected date and time.

- Deduped Data: Shows only the last page that each match was on.
